Overview
Recent events have once again put energy security at the top of the global agenda. But energy security today means much more than reliable supply. Geopolitical fragmentation, rising demand, affordability pressures and climate risks are changing how regions think about security, sovereignty, and resilience. This is energy security 3.0.
This WE Café will bring together regional leaders from the US, Europe and Asia, to explore what energy security means in practice today and how priorities are changing.
- How do different regions understand energy security, sovereignty, and resilience, and where do these ideas differ?
- How are geopolitical shifts and disruptions reshaping energy policy and investment decisions?
- How can leaders balance security, affordability and sustainability while building resilience?
