These events serve as stress tests, exposing not just technical vulnerabilities, but gaps in coordination, governance, market design, and preparedness.

This WE Café will explore what recent blackouts reveal about the state of system resilience today. Moving beyond technical fault-finding, the discussion will explore how operational practices, emergency response protocols, institutional cooperation, and policy frameworks must evolve to anticipate disruptions rather than simply react to them.
