Organized by the World Energy Council Latvia and the Ministry of Climate and Energy of Latvia, in collaboration with the World Energy Council global community, the conference will bring together energy leaders, policymakers, business innovators, and civil society to chart practical pathways for sustainable transformation.

Confirmed participants include the Chair of the World Energy Council, the Founding Director General of IRENA, the Chief Executive Officer of COP 28, and the Vice-President of the European Parliament. The event will also bring together energy ministers from the Baltic Sea countries, senior representatives from the US Department of Energy, the European Investment Bank (EIB), and the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER), as well as leaders from major energy companies, municipalities, and civil society.

Why Attend?

Up to 300 participants from across the Baltic Sea region are expected on site, alongside a global online audience. The conference is free of charge; number of participants is limited.
