Une des forces du World Energy Council est son réseau international couvrant plus de 100 pays et constitué de comités nationaux, dont le Conseil Français de l’Énergie.
Faire vivre cette communauté internationale, c’est aussi créer des espaces de dialogue direct avec des experts issus de régions différentes afin de croiser regards et points de vue sur une même thématique.
Dans cette perspective, nous avons le plaisir d’inviter nos membres au prochain World Energy Café, co-organisé par les Future Energy Leaders et le comité du Panama, avec la participation de l’Africa Sustainable Energy Centre (ASEC) le jeudi 21 août de 16h à 17h30, heure de Paris, sur le thème :

Join us for a high-impact conversation that brings together diverse voices from across regions and sectors, bringing fresh and innovative voices on how finance can drive meaningful value for people, communities, and the planet.
This session will spotlight what’s working on the ground, where barriers remain, and the bold, collaborative actions needed next: from institutional investors to youth-led innovation and community-based finance models. We will challenge traditional definitions of risk and return, and consider how capital can flow not just faster, but smarter and more inclusively.
This conversation also serves as a preamble to World Energy Week in Panama (6–9 October 2024), where the Council’s global dialogue on « Unlocking Finance: Energy that delivers return to people and planet » will continue. The insights from this session will help shape that critical agenda.
