En 2005\, elle est nommée Directrice Marketing BtoB\, puis Directrice Grands Comptes en 2007. En 2011\, elle devient Directrice Clients Particuliers d’EDF\, à la tête de 5 000 personnes gérant 25 millions de clients et accélère la transformation numérique de la relation clients d’EDF. \n\n\n\nLe 1er janvier 2017\, elle devient Directrice Générale de Dalkia\, puis PDG au 1er janvier 2018. Elle lance un plan stratégique qui vise à redévelopper Dalkia à l’international et le positionner comme un leader de la transition énergétique des territoires (réseaux de chaleur et de froid renouvelables\, décarbonation de l’industrie et des bâtiments). \n\n\n\nElle s’investit dans la féminisation des métiers scientifiques et techniques et crée en 2018 le prix « Women’s Energy in Transition ». Sylvie Jéhanno est également co-présidente du Groupement d’Intérêt Public « Les entreprises s’engagent » qui réunit plus de 100 000 entreprises engagées pour une société inclusive et un monde plus durable. Sylvie Jéhanno est membre de l’Académie des Technologies. Sylvie Jéhanno est Chevalier dans l’Ordre de la Légion d’Honneur et Officier dans l’Ordre National du Mérite.

Elle est également titulaire d’un doctorat en physique des particules\, ainsi que d’une Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (HDR). Elle a mené des recherches en physique des particules et participé à la construction de grands projets instrumentaux pour le CERN.\nAprès avoir siégé à plusieurs conseils et comités scientifiques\, elle a été nommée en 2012 coordinatrice du Laboratoire d’excellence (LabEx) P2IO (Physique des 2 Infinis et des Origines)\, spécialisé dans la physique de l’infiniment petit\, et de l’infiniment grand. Anne-Isabelle Etienvre a rejoint le CEA en 2003\, au Département de physique des particules\, dont elle a pris la direction en 2014.\nEn 2016\, elle a été nommée directrice de l’Institut de recherche sur les lois fondamentales de l’univers (Irfu)\, poste qu’elle a occupé pendant six ans. Cet institut de 1100 collaborateurs mène à bien de la R&D dans le domaine de la physique subatomique\, du spatial\, du numérique et de l’instrumentation associée à ces domaines (détecteurs de particules\, accélérateurs\, microélectronique\, aimants supraconducteurs\, spatial).\nDe 2022 à 2023\, elle a été conseillère en charge de la recherche auprès de la Ministre de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche.\nDe 2023 à 2025\, elle a été directrice de la recherche fondamentale (DRF) au CEA. La DRF regroupe 10 instituts de R&D\, pour les domaines et programmes clés du CEA\, et rassemble plus de 4000\ncollaborateurs. Elle assure le pilotage de grands projets\, dans le cadre d’accords bilatéraux ou d’infrastructures de recherche\, est impliquée dans plus de 30 programmes de France 2030. Elle a en outre intégré le Conseil général de l’économie au Ministère de l’économie et des finances. Elle s’y occupe notamment de la gestion du corps des mines et du suivi des carrières\, tout en étant ambassadrice ETI (entreprises de taille intermédiaire) auprès du ministre délégué à l’industrie.\nCatherine Lagneau a également participé à la rédaction du rapport sur la Haute Fonction Publique remis en 2020. Elle a été administratrice de Bpifrance de 2020 à 2023.\nLe 13 juillet 2023\, sur proposition du Conseil d’administration\, Catherine Lagneau est nommée par décret ministériel présidente du Bureau de recherches géologiques et minières (BRGM)\, en remplacement de Michèle Rousseau. SUMMARY:SPLEEN Days for Industrial Decarbonisation
DESCRIPTION:Research and development (R&D) has a major role to play in supporting the decarbonisation of French industry and the development of national industrial sectors for decarbonisation solutions. This is a fundamental challenge\, given that industry is responsible for around 20% of France’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The National Low Carbon Strategy aims to reduce industrial greenhouse gas emissions by 35% by 2030 and 81% by 2050\, compared with 2015 levels. \n\nThe PEPR SPLEEN aims to implement a structuring research programme to transform industrial processes to make them less greenhouse gas-emitting. Its aim is to encourage and support upstream research activities in the TRL 1-4* range\, in line with the priorities defined as part of the national “decarbonisation of industry” acceleration strategy for France 2030. It is managed by CNRS and IFPEN\, memberof the Conseil Français de l’Énergie \n\n⚠️ This event will be conducted exclusively in English. \nThe annual PEPR SPLEEN days returns in 2026 with a resolutely international focus. Over two days\, researchers\, industrialists and public decision-makers will come together to share their visions\, experiences and expertise in order to accelerate the decarbonisation of industrial systems. \n👉 Highlights to come: \n\nAn international opening on 18 March with a high-level round table discussion on expanding SPLEEN’s thinking internationallyand the levers for industrial decarbonisation on a global scale\, attended by experts from the Spleen Think Tank Steering Committee.\n\n\nKeynote speeches by international experts to broaden perspectives and fuel debate.\n\n\nOn 19 March\, there will be a focus on promoting research results\, followed by various sessions on the socio-economic challenges of carbon qualification\, then sequences addressing the challenges of decarbonizing industrial heat\, the technological and energy challenges of CO2 conversion\, and industrial and territorial symbiosis.\n\n\nThroughout the event\, dynamic formats will encourage direct dialogue between research and industry\, with scientific insights from SPLEEN projects and testimonials from industrialists to discuss challenges\, highlights and prospects. \nJoin us for two days of strategic and inspiring discussions. \n🔗 Register now!

DESCRIPTION:When Spain and Portugal experienced a widespread blackout on the 28th of April 2025\, it raised urgent questions about the resilience of Europe’s interconnected power system. The disruption across the Iberian Peninsula — with limited spillover effects in neighbouring regions — highlighted how closely interlinked national electricity systems have become\, and how the rapid growth of renewable generation is reshaping system dynamics\, increasing the need for flexibility\, balancing capacity and real-time coordination. In a continent moving rapidly towards renewable integration and deeper cross-border coordination\, even short-lived interruptions can carry significant economic and societal implications. \nThe incident serves as a timely reminder that energy security and system stability remain foundational to Europe’s energy transition. What exactly happened? What vulnerabilities were exposed?
