DESCRIPTION:The World Energy Council (WEC) Netherlandsto is pleased to invite you to the Executive Event: The Value of the Energy Transition on Thursday\, 7 May 2026\, from 9:00am to 1:00pm at the Royal Theatre in The Hague. \nAt this event\, WEC Netherlands will unveil this year’s flagship report. Following the presentation of the report by Jan Willem Velthuijsen\, we will engage in discussions with industry leaders such as Cindy Kroon (CEO\, Vattenfall) and Yvette Lammers (Head of International Affairs Department and Grid Management\, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate). \nRemco de Boer\, energy researcher and podcaster\, is our moderator for this event. It emphasises that continuing the energy transition is not only feasible\, but also essential. By presenting these insights\, the report aims to inform the strategic discussion on the future of industry in Northwest Europe.
