He was with State Grid Smart Grid Research Institute (Beijing\, China)\, GEIRI North America (San Jose\, California\, USA)\, Argonne National Laboratories (Lemont\, Illinois\, USA)\, and Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratory (Cambridge\, Massachusetts\, USA). He was a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University (Palo Alto\, California\, USA). \nHe is the Vice Chair of CIGRE NGN China and the Member of CIGRE WG D2.52 Artificial Intelligence for Power Industry\, the member of a few IEEE PES working groups. He is the Associate Editor for IEEE Systems Journal\, IET Renewable Power Generation. He has won multiple best paper awards from journals and IEEE PES conferences. His research interests include AI for power system operation and power system intelligent computing. \n
