SUMMARY:Réunion de coordination des Young Energy Professionnals
DESCRIPTION:Réunion mensuelle des Young Energy Professionals. \nLe programme Future Energy Leaders du Conseil Mondial de l’Énergie rassemble une centaine de jeunes appelés à être demain des acteurs clés du secteur de l’énergie.\nEn écho à ce réseau international\, le Conseil Français de l’Énergie\, comité français du Conseil Mondial de l’Énergie\, a créé les YEP – Young Energy Professionals\, amenés à interagir avec les jeunes d’autres pays.\nCe collectif offre aux jeunes professionnels de l’énergie ou aux étudiants avertis en fin de formation une plateforme pour débattre des questions énergétiques pertinentes\, rencontrer les acteurs d’aujourd’hui et développer des projets propres. Ce sont aussi des occasions de réseautage et la possibilité de participer aux activités du Conseil Français de l’Énergie (groupes de travail\, interventions lors d’évènements…). Les YEP\, c’est un lieu d’échanges et de débats qui\, à l’image du Conseil Français de l’Énergie\, se situe au carrefour de toutes les énergies et toutes les technologies\, des acteurs et des métiers.

DESCRIPTION:[ Ambassadrices de l’énergie – Dialogue ]  Pour le prochain rendez-vous « Ambassadrices de l’énergie »\, espace de dialogue informel avec une dirigeante du secteur de l’énergie\, notre secrétaire générale Marie-Line Vaiani et le groupe des jeunes professionnels (YEP France) recevront le lundi 29 septembre\, de 8h30 à 10h00\, Catherine Bauby\, Directrice de la Stratégie\, EDF. \nCatherine Bauby témoignera de son parcours (*)\, de son goût pour le secteur de l’énergie mais aussi de sa vision de la transition énergétique et des moyens de l’accélérer dans une approche équilibrée au sens du Trilemme de l’énergie du Conseil Mondial de l’Énergie (sécurité énergétique\, équité énergétique\, soutenabilité environnementale). \n(*) Catherine Bauby occupe depuis juillet 2020 le poste de Directrice de la Stratégie du groupe EDF. \nIngénieure de formation et titulaire d’une formation scientifique suivie en France et aux États-Unis\, Catherine Bauby a également enrichi son parcours par une année d’expatriation en Chine. Elle rejoint EDF il y a 25 ans\, débutant sa carrière à la R&D\, où elle travaille sur la durée de fonctionnement du parc nucléaire\, en intégrant les dimensions techniques\, économiques et financières de sa prolongation. \nElle poursuit ensuite son parcours à la DOAAT (Direction Optimisation Amont Aval et Trading)\, où elle s’implique dans l’optimisation du portefeuille d’actifs en France. Elle y traite des problématiques variées telles que la programmation des arrêts de centrales\, la prévision de la consommation et de la production\, la gestion des périodes hivernales et estivales\, ainsi que les opérations d’achat et de vente sur les marchés de gros avec EDF-Trading. \nEn 2013\, elle rejoint la Direction de la Stratégie du Groupe pour prendre en charge les études économiques sur le périmètre européen. Entre 2017 et 2020\, elle évolue à la Direction Financière\, où elle pilote les programmes de transformation\, d’abord sur la performance économique et financière du Groupe\, puis sur l’ensemble de la fonction finance. \nSon parcours illustre une expertise solide à l’interface des dimensions techniques\, économiques et stratégiques\, au service de la transformation et de la vision à long terme d’EDF. \nÉvénement sur invitation – en présentiel.\nPour plus d’information\, merci d’écrire à comm@wec-france.org.
