SUMMARY:Kazakhstan Energy Week / XV Eurasian Forum KAZENERGY
DESCRIPTION:From October 3-6\, 2023\, the Kazakhstan Energy Week – 2023 (KEW-2023) / XV Eurasian Forum KAZENERGY will take place at the EXPO Congress Center in Astana. The event will traditionally bring together several major events in the energy and oil and gas industries and will become the most significant in the Central Asian region. \nThe XV Eurasian Forum KAZENERGY\, organized by the KAZENERGY Association since 2006\, represents the main international event of the energy sector in the Caspian and Central Asian regions. The KAZENERGY Forum traditionally attracts the interest of governments of world countries\, international energy organizations\, diplomatic representatives\, Kazakhstani and foreign companies in the energy sector\, research institutes\, and consulting agencies. The event attracts more than 2\,500 delegates from over 300 companies representing more than 50 countries worldwide. For many years\, influential political figures and recognized experts with a worldwide reputation have been guests of the Forum. \nIn 2023\, the Forum is traditionally held with the support of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan\, represented by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan\, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan\, and other interested government agencies.

DESCRIPTION:The World Energy Council – Germany cordially invites you to its ENERGY DAY 2023. The conference traditionally takes place in the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities (BBAW) in Berlin and this year marks its 100th anniversary. \nThe Paris Climate Agreement obliges countries around the world to curb climate change and make the global economy climate-friendly. In order to achieve the ambitious climate goals\, however\, considerably greater efforts are required. More and more contractual partners have set themselves the goal of becoming climate-neutral. However\, the question of how net zero is to be achieved is answered very differently in the different countries. The massive expansion of renewable energies\, the extension of the lifespan of existing nuclear power plants and the construction of new modular nuclear reactors\, the use of hydrogen and its derivatives\, LNG imports\, carbon management and geoengineering are just a few of the approaches that representatives from politics\, business\, society and Discuss science controversially around the world. \nThe Energy Day as the industry meeting for international energy issues in Berlin brings together decision-makers from all over the world to shed light on international paths to Net-Zero and to bring a global perspective into the national debate.
