SUMMARY:Rethinking the future of the world through a secured\, clean and efficient energy
DESCRIPTION:WEC Central and Eastern Europe Regional Energy Forum – FOREN 2024\, organized under the patronage of the World Energy Council (WEC) and the Ministry of Energy of Romania\, is at its 17th edition and it is already considered an event with a solid tradition and an outstanding reputation in the 100-year history of energy. For the energy community in Romania\, the Forum is the most important and representative event in the field\, organized in even years. Also\, FOREN has the status of a WEC regional event for Central and Eastern Europe. \nThe Forum’s programme will include over 20 events with up-to-date issues at national and international level: 4 sessions of technical papers\, 9 main events (Regional Energy Day\, Round Tables at Forum level; workshops at Forum level); Round Tables at corporate level; an international exhibition with more than 20 booths. \nThe main topics within FOREN 2024 are the following: \n\nA just Energy Transition in CEE Countries\nAdapting the energy sectors of countries in the region to the new challenges\nEnergy strategies to decarbonise the energy system\nSpecific issues on the use of fossil fuels and biofuels in the energy transition\nEnergy efficiency\, smart consumption and prosumer integration: innovations for future\nWEC – Centenary Celebration\nHigher education in energy transition\nNew technologies in energy transition\nThe impact of artificial intelligence energy management in the coming decade\nThe role of nuclear energy in the CEE area\n\nThe forum is supported by energy\, oil\, natural gas and coal companies\, suppliers of energy equipment and services\, as well as representative governmental and non-governmental institutions in Romania and abroad. \nAmong the participants of the event\, there are government authorities\, managers and decision-makers of the most important companies and organizations\, well-known and appreciated specialists in the energy field in Romania and abroad.

SUMMARY:Santé et Nucléaire : rencontre entre Médecine Nucléaire et Framatome Healthcare
DESCRIPTION:Programme de la Conférence \nCette conférence s’inscrit dans le prolongement du programme « promouvoir une offre énergétique française » exécuté par le pôle énergie du Carrefour des Acteurs Sociaux. \nAmphithéâtre A – Rez-de-Chaussée – Sorbonne université  \n91\, Bd de l’Hôpital – 75013 Paris – Métro saint Marcel \nCette rencontre entre la Médecine Nucléaire et Framatome s’inscrit dans une longue tradition de liens entre médecins et ingénieurs du nucléaire. Déjà lors du programme nucléaire « historique » des échanges et des collaborations s’étaient établis entre les responsables EDF et des personnalités éminentes du monde médical telles que les Professeurs Pierre Pellerin\, Maurice Tubiana et Georges Mathé. En 2024\, l’importance que prend la médecine nucléaire fait que cette rencontre vient à point nommé. Elle a reçu l’appui du Président de la Société Française de Médecine Nucléaire\, le Professeur Frédéric Courbon. \nModérateur : Lionel Taccoen –Contrôleur Général Honoraire d’Electricité de France \nAccueil : Joël Broquet\, président délégué du Carrefour des Acteurs Sociaux \n-18h30 : Ouverture de la Conférence-Bernard Fontana – Président du Directoire Framatome \n-18h45 : « La médecine nucléaire : un changement d’échelle\, un changement culturel » – Professeur Florent Cachin. Président du Conseil National Professionnel de Médecine Nucléaire. \n-19h15 : « Framatome Healthcare : nouveaux produits\, nouvelles méthodes » – François Gauché\, Directeur de Framatome Healthcare. \n-19h40 : Débat questions-réponses avec la salle. \n20h20 : Conclusion par M.
