SUMMARY:Forum Économique Breton « Réinventer les modèles pour une croissance régénératrice »
DESCRIPTION:La 4e édition du Forum Économique Breton se tiendra les 6 et 7 septembre prochains à Saint-Malo. Devenu en à peine trois ans le rendez-vous incontournable de l’ensemble des acteurs économiques public et privé\, le FEB rassemble chaque année davantage de décideurs bretons et de personnalités nationales. Véritable lieu de rencontre\, d’échanges\, de débats et d’inspiration\, le FEB ouvre encore cette année la porte à la co-construction du monde économique de demain. Cette 4e édition a pour thématique : « Réinventer les modèles pour une croissance régénératrice ». \nLes pouvoirs politiques et économiques\, poussés par les citoyens et bousculés par la jeunesse\, s’accordent sur la nécessité impérative de travailler sur des modèles de croissance qui participent à la régénération des ressources\, répondent à l’urgence climatique et de façon plus large à la reconstruction du tissue économique et social. La dimension régénératrice de la croissance lui confère sa légitimité\, lui donne du sens et ouvre un champ d’innovation infini.  \nDe nombreuses plénières sont prévues et notamment sur le sujet « Réinventer les modèles de l’industrie : Transition écologique et décarbonation  » et « Réinventer les modèles de production et de consommation énergétiques »

DESCRIPTION:Climate & Biodiversity: Tackling global footprints\n\n​It is a great pleasure to invite you to Paris-Dauphine University for the 24th Global Conference on Environmental Taxation. GCET is the leading global forum for exchanges on the principles and practices of environmental taxation and other market-based instruments designed to protect the environment and foster sustainability. In line with the tradition\, a selection of the best contributions will also be published this year in the prestigious “Critical issues in environmental taxation” from Edward Elgar publishers. \n​The scientific program for GCET24 will cover issues relating to environmental taxation and focus on economic tools to tackle mitigation issues\, biodiversity losses and climate vulnerability\, including but not limited to: \n\n\nChallenges of agriculture and forestry for carbon sequestration\, non-CO2 GHG & biodiversity\, \n\n\nChallenges of urban areas for land use\, CO2 emissions and climate-resilience\, \n\n\nSupranational regulations to tackle domestic and imported CO2 emissions and biodiversity losses with a special focus on the recent reform of EU-ETS\, \n\n\nBusiness and biodiversity : Economical and financial risks and opportunities associated with the decline of biodiversity\, nature-based solutions.
